Complaint about the "Ban" system.

My other acct, which is banned right now, was banned for A DAY for flooding. Here is why it is not fair:

 

I tried to say "yes," but my cmputer lagged right then and said: "yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy." I was Warned.

Then, later, I wanted to say "cool" but my computer lagged AGAIN and said: "Coollllllllllllllllllllllllll." I was banned for 5 minutes.

 

About 20 mins later I said: Flag!! But ANOTHER lag caused me to say: "Flag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" And I was banned for a DAY. I wasn't even banned for an hour.

 

This irks me.

It's your fault, the system can't understand when your PC is lagging, and when not.Just be careful.

U cannot be closer to the truth, 1 time these kids were arguing about how to spell Behavior after one kid posted a ethnocentric comment to another player player on the chat list beside the battle list, then they got into a big argument. i thought it would be funny to post a sort of childish comment to shut them up, but the moment after i had posted it, i was banned for a day. that really does suck though about your constant lag. maybe Tanki should get more up-to-date servers 4 your area.

How can poor developing be the customers fault?

Posting so much letters in a row is flooding.Flooding is forbidden by the Rules.

 

2. - The following activities are not permitted and will result in (at Administration discretion) a temporary or permanent suspension from the chat and forum:

2.3. - flooding (sending messages that contain repetitive symbols, posting more then one same or similar posts, using more than 5 identical punctuation marks, symbols or letters in a row...

 

The guy posted over 5 identical letters in a row, so the system detected flood and banned him.Tell me, how can the system detect if those letters were sent because of lag, or because of someone sitting on the keyboard, or whatever?It just detects the letters send.

 

So, please, stop talking when you aren't well informed.Thanks.

In the message you should clearly and in details describe your claim. Also it is necessary to attach chat screenshot to the letter. Attention! This letter will not be discussed too and your ban won't be canceled but we will run an administrative review of moderator' actions.
