Hello and welcome to my second Topic .

 

in this Topic i want to ask you a questions! about the new changes going on in Tanki Online . lets get started

1- did you like the Rebalance 114 ? and why ?

2- did you like the changes that happen in the Garage "smoky, isida, e.t.c" ? and why ?

3- did you like the new maps Crash and Gallary ? do you have a problem with these maps ? how many FB do you get in these maps ?

4- did you like that you can only upgrade your weapons if you only have High rank ? and what do you think about the high Crystals in every m3 gun or tank ?

5- what do you think if Tanki Online before do any changes in the game! let the players try it and test it First and tell them about your Opinion after it ?

6- do you have problem with the game ?

7- do you wish is there a Sale in 31 December ?

1. Yes, I do. The game is more interesting for me after the Rebalance.

2. Yes, I do. Before the rebalance in the high-rank battles there were only 4 maybe 5 different weapons, but now you can see all of the weapons in a battle.

3. I'm playing only on Silence 2, so I don't know!

4. Yes, I do. It's not very much.

5. There is a test server and topics for discussions. Did you not know?

6. I have lot's of lag and big glitches.

7. Yes, I do! Badly!

as for my opinion:

1. It both made the game more balanced, but took away some of my favorite combos...

2. Again, the answer to #1

3. I'm a Silence guy too, but I like the new maps :)

4. Well, it has some downsides, but the amount of noobs with good combos will be decreased.

5. We already had this option before the rebalance, and we should continue to have access to it later on.

6. Sergeants with mammoths and thunders. It murders my soul...

7. I haven't bought anything yet - there better be a sale!

No, I do not like the Rebalance: barely active campers have been given a clear upper hand over really active players.

* Railguns practically made 50% more powerful: anything less than Titan and Mammoth is routinely killed with just 2 shots. Mind you that this power does not decrease with distance.

* The stronger hulls made considerably slower. Even M3 Viking is practically no faster than M0 Wasp.

* As compared to the other chassis Dictator made stronger and faster out of proportions.

"Smoky" and "Firebird": good thinking!

"Isida": has become much stronger, as I understand. These have always beeen parasytes by their very definition, I do not expect this to improve the gameplay.

The maps are a pathetic joke. Though with quite good potential in terms of design, their implementation is ridiculous, as compared to even the largest other maps dropping from 20-15 FPS to 5-3. I joined the game because it had good keyboard controls and ran seamlessly right in the browser window. If the developers think that now I must migrate to a standalone Flash Player, or that my 8 GB quad-core is not fast enough for your newest contraption... they better think again.

I think they'd better introduced M4, M5 and M6 to make the upgrade path more smooth. The price jumps to M3 have been quite debatable even before the rebalance. Now they are even more so.

I think that the administration has finally demonstrated how little they care about the community. E. g. was anyone given an option to keep playing by the old rules? I mean it would've been a lot more fair if the majority of the players had naturally chosen to move from the old rules game server(s) to the new ones. What we've got instead is a decision of a smal fraction of the community preoccupied with their own agenda.

 

> 6- do you have problem with the game ?

Yes.

* If the developers are no longer able to make the new maps as scaleable as the old ones, then the game has reached its dead end and no rebalance will keep it alive.

* The actual game has evolved a big deal away from the Railgun and Dictator clan war format. It is quite possible that the die hard clan wars enthusiasts are the majority of the administration and community councils. It's just I doubt that the majority of the community does or ever will share the same interest in the game.

 

> 7- do you wish is there a Sale in 31 December ?

Yes. I'm not in favour of sacrificing months of my playing time just because somebody decided to milk the community a little bit harder than before. I can put my time to other use until the prices become more reasonable... if I still fancy continuing the game after the wait...
