LOST CRYSTALS

 

few minutes ago, I spent some crytals to get some exp points, this action spent my crystal , then I reloaded the page to see my new Rating. and oO zzzz

 

I lost my crystals and I am with same Rating and same ranking and with same previews points.

 

waiting my crystals back or my bought experience points.

Luck I have images when refunded showing my ranking and crystals.

omg what problem with this suport of tanki online ??

Is it a program that control it ??

I explained all and sent 2 images and they can´t understand.

by my email they could see my nick name and others questions b and c , they could see the answers if they read my first message that It opened the ticket.

this way I am seeing that I will lose these 30k+ crystals zzzzz

 

and my opinion , they should remove this 'level up system.'

After refund day , I didn´t buy nothing, waiting discount new year.

If I lose these crystals ( bug ) , I quit this game , ok??

man servers restarted and same thing here.

same points exp and same crystals.

 

they say that support know all about our accounts but they can´t see that I had 606,531 points and I used level up system to get until 940,531 points and after I used botton F5 to reload the page and then I saw me back to 606,531 points and I lost a lot of CRYSTALS ! ! ! ! ! !!
