Okay, I will explain it, specially, for you.

 

Bruce is the English Community manager - he does almost all English things in the game, when he is at work.

But at the moment he is away from Russia, on a vacation, visiting his family, friends, etc..Yes, he does have Internet and computer where he is, but he is on vacation, that's why he is not working (updating pages and stuff). Got it?

Just accept the fact that they haven't been bothered to update the English one and let's move on. Hardly a big deal, it's not as if we can't use google translate and read up the Russian one.

Only Bruce can update it since all is Russian one , if Bruce don't come to Tanki HQ there will be no English Server and Forum :)
