Where is all my gear?

Having been working abroad over he past few months (and unable to get to Tanki Online). I arrive home, log in and find my M3 Shaft gone, M3 Viking Gone, my Jade paint gone, my M3 Smoky gone. Everything I've earned with crystals or paid for with my hard earned cash, gone!

What on earth has happended?

Ok, did some grubbing around and learned about the rebalance but it says apparently my paint remains - my Jade paint is missing. Am I missing something?

Dunno for sure but probably. Thing is, I spent a lot of time on this site building up through the ranks and through the various hull and gun varients to find myself chopped down afgain. I now it's happened to everyone else but a rebalance suggests something has gone horribly wrong to go to all that effort to reset everyone. It sucks. And I'm seriously thinking of moving to World of Tanks.

All of your purchases have been refunded into crystals, have they not? Including your jade paint. When it says "Paints" are excluded, it means the base paints, namely, holiday, green, red, blue, white and orange. All other paints have been refunded.

 

In regard to your point about "horribly wrong", you would be right. The tier Two system as it was did create a number of issues, most notably the inability to create any new turrets and particularly hulls to the game.
