Yes you can. It's just cause lower levels have a difficulty getting lots of crystals.

The whole point was to make it more fair and not have so many noobs with m3s already because they bought crystals. It's works great. I have the same elite weapons as most of the players and it better gameplay. And what's so special about 175th post...
