Also, I agree, dogm's lacks a bit of creativity, giving Afro a free ticket to the next round.

I disagree, dogm45 has a good sense of commercial creativity...It cought my attention immediately.

It's very difficult to determine by effort alone...So far, each artist has already triumphed in that area...However, I really do like the message dogm45's work conveys: "MAKING A COMMUNITY OF FRIENDS ONE BATTLE AT A TIME!"...That say's it all.

Sorry to disagree with you. The topic title "Artist of Tanki Online" is directed toward the individual, not the contest assignment(s). That is not to say creativity is an unimportant aspect, just that this assignment calls for advertisement...I really don't see dogm45's work as being "analytical" as you have put it. In fact, it's logic is very sound.

I agree with monkeyburn. It's still too early to say, but dogm45's aplication (advertisement) captures the Tanki spirit...I like Mosca's work also...Haven't seen Margo_Margo's yet, But from the first assignment, I think there are more advance tools involved...If I had to choose from what has been posted so far (in order), it would be dogm45, Afr0man, and then Mosca..."It must be tough being a contest judge!"

your both entitled to your own opinion,although i enjoyed dogm45's first piece, best freehand lineart ive seen on here..or was it?

i still think if he somehow spoke with pictures and colors, instead of straight up text, he would have a chance, against afr0man's cliche'ish yet raw talented artwork. but ofc, the best is yet to come.
