The fact that it had more ammo before the rebalance is irrelevant, the pre rebalanced weps can't be compared with post rebalance weps. They can only be compared to other post rebalance weps. The info is there, you just have to work it out, thats exactly what I did a few days ago when I was writing the new up to date FAQ. You can't have your crystals back, you've already had them and made your decision, maybe you shoul of waited and done some research on the diferent weps before buying anything? I waited 2 weeks after the rebalance to buy anything. If you had read the End User Licence Agrrement, which is the terms on which you play the game (Its in the rules forum) then you would see that:

 

4.2. Administration is entitled to remove or change, any information, content, materials placed on Site and other Owner or other legal owners resources of without warning of any User.

 

The Admins don't have to tell you if they change anything.

No they can't be necessary compared with post rebalance. But they have to let us know how guns work.

Info are not updated. We can only guess, or to be privilegiate, as only some players were, and to have acces to test servers. But that wasn't happened, so we can only guess. At least they have to make guns EVEN. This means that ricochet need to shoot more ammo in one round. Simple as that.

 

In other words, should I understand that in conformity with article 4.2, if I don't shut up showing untrue information about a weapon, they may be able to close my account? This is what you suggest?

When you registered in the game, you agreed to the End User License Agreement - this means you read it, understood it and agreed with it.

Point 4.2 of it says the Administration can change anything they want and they are not obliged to warn you about this change. You agreed to the EULA - it means you agreed to every point of it.

Rico continues to shoot, even after its ammo has run out, but at a slower rate, which is better than freeze, which has to wait for reload. No, that isn't what I'm saying, 4.2 mentions nothing about closing accounts. However it clearly staes at the start of the EULA:

ANY USE OF THE GAME AND ITS SEPARATE OBJECTS MEANS THAT YOU ARE ACQUAINTED AND AGREE WITH THE UNDERWRITTEN AGREEMENT, AND UNCONDITIONALLY ACCEPT ALL ITS TERMS.

 

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO USE THE GAME AND ITS SERVICES AND YOU ARE OBLIGED TO LEAVE THE SITE IMMEDIATELY.

And yes, I'm sure they don't have to tell you, it's exactly what Article 4.2 states.

This means clients disrespect. no, freeze has to wait to reload exactly as ricochet. freeze can shoot a bit as ricochet shoots one time.

With rico, you can continue to hold down the spacebar after the ammo runs out and it will still shoot, with freeze, do that and nothing happns. Actually, their address is in the EULA. The EULA is a legal agreement, it even has a court address at the end. And it's in their best interests to provide a good game and service, otherwise people will just leave and they get no income.

with freeze you can just take the finger and put it again and will load for 1 shoot. so, even isn't the same maneuvre, freeze can shoot and don't have to wait to fully load.

I still believe that developers SHOULD add changes in FAQ about guns after the rebalance. They should say, hey, you stupid who spend money on this game so that we are paid from your money, see that we have changed the rate of the gun. This great weapon, ricochet, isn't great anymore is just a stupid gun now. Isn't best for close combat, isn't best for medium combat , isn;t best for long range combat. is good only to shoot when enemy doesn't see you, over the corner.

Ok, they aren't obliged by rules, but by their respect for players, are they obliged? Anyway, that's it. I think I will stop playing for a while. Maybe all who palyes will stop, they will have more respect for clients.
