HELP ??

THEY STOLE ME 33400 CRYSTALS.

 

22 days ago... on event 30% discount new year,

I used botton 'level up ' .

I had 606,531 points ( Brigadier )

I used 33,400 crystals to be General ( 940,531 points )

 

I spent the crytals to get experience points; this action spent my crystals , then I reloaded ( F5) the page to see my new Rating.

 

I lost my crystals and I am with same Rating and same ranking and with same experience points. (606,531)

TANKI ONLINE STOLE ME

help@tankionline.com can´t help me . They asked me for my nick ( CABLEl) , email ( cableknight1@hotmail.com ) , IP , when it happened. I sent ALL INFORMATIONS . ALL . BUT they can´t understand. they say that know all about our account.

check images.

But they can´t understand a simple information.

with refund I got 123040 crystals + 16920 ( my crystals ) = TOTAL 139960.

I used 6900 crystals to be Brigadier ( 606531 points)

Then I waited the event discount new year to buy more experience and items.

I bought only experience points 33,400 crystals and reloaded the page and BUG .

I had not items

So it is EASY to see a fault of crystals because I have same experience points and NO items. NO paints. no new suppliers.

Well waiting for the SLOW support I bought a mamoth M2 , ricochet M2 , smoky M1 and some cheap paints and some suppliers ( double power , armor ... ) before event 30% discount finishes.

They can check my account and see simple information. Everyone can see that my account lost 33,400 crystals.

They stolen me.

Fix my problem or I NEVER will play tank online again and NEVER I will PAY ( donate ) again.

check my email and paypal email and you will see : no more money of this player.

really this support is a EPIC FAIL.

I send new messages, TEACHING THEM all , as follow a same ticket and all , and they just ask me same questions that I had answered before. zzzzz

And they CAN´T follow a same problem ( ticket ) of the users.

I think they don´t know english language and they use GOOGLE TRANSLATE to write.

I live in Brazil; I speak portuguese , but I know english too.

my last message was on ticket # 137013 explaining ALL.

what problem with this support ???

They asked 4 time when I used those crystals.

I used total 33400 crystals to buy experience on 31 december of 2012 ( in event new year 30% discount).

And these moderators and adm CAN´T to do nothing ????

Aren´t they their friends ???
