Since the new release, I've had to reload only 3 times (which is a plus), until this afternoon.

 

 

I was using Firefox when I logged on to Server 4, which had 887 players (I try to log into Servers with less than 1800 playes in an effort to reduce the number of reloads and disconnects). I played for about 30 minutes, which was about half way through the battle when I was killed and respawned with spinning tanks. I tried to reload, but got a "timed out" message. I waited for a minute and tried again...same results.

 

 

I changed the browser to Chrome. Got to the homepage and logged back onto Server 4 with 904 players. I was able to get back into the battle I had left and on the same side as before. Gameplay was normal (i killed a player on the opposing team) and looked around for any more enemys. I looked towards our flag and saw it was being stolen, the other team player was up against a building. I shot it 3 times, but nothing happened. I went over to nudge the tank and no response. Upon looking around, I noticed there were no spinning tanks, but no one was moving either. By this time, I had been playing for about 3 to 5 minutes. I reloaded again and this time got a message which stated that the connection had reset while reloading and to try again later.

 

 

I chagned the browser to IE. This time, I couldn't even get onto the homepage. At the bottom of the screen was the message: "waiting for tankionline,com to connect." I have high speed broadband and after 2 minutes it did not connect. (This has nothing to do with the slow loading time of the initial log on after the update).

I went back to Firefox and was able to get the homepage. Server 4 now had 924 players. I hit the "Start" button, but it never loaded beyond that. Still got the message "waiting for tankionline.com to connect."

Now. it's about 3 hours later and at least I've gotten on to the homepage. I haven't tried to get to the lobby, yet.

 

 

This is the first time I have had problems like this since I started playing on Day 1.

 

 

Thank you for allowing us, the players, to report our logging and disconnect problems since the new release.

I have not been able to play since this new release, all I get is "connection closed by server" and this "Fatal error. [iOErrorEvent type=ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2032]". So, are there any solutions to this, or are you still working on this, or maybe it's time to find a better game to play online?

hello, yeah lags are back again but this time a still better than last as earlier the tanks started to revolve n than have to reload again but this time it lag for 3-4 seconds than other tanks suddenly catches speed n back to normal again.

n yes one more question since this server change do players need to delete all cookies n temporary files n make a fresh download so that lag disappear?

hi tanki did u finish transfering to new srever till this moment we couldnt log in to the game whats hapening how we go into the game ist working o

or u needs more time iam trying every day several time still all server off line how we know if u finishe up dating to new server & get into the tanki game

Well, this update has increased lag as a whole, today. I had to refresh, what, every five minutes?

Yes, i also noticed its not 100% gone. I refreshed twice in a 60 minute battle, which is fine. As long a its playable and i can play on all maps im happy.

Just check it and you will understand. Complaining about the same thing doesn't help at all.

 

In such major update there are always follow ups to be done as some minor errors, bugs, system failures need to be polished up manually.

2.0 was cancelled in April 2012...Read some news...

All new features will be slowly added to 1.0 as updates.

this is not working all the severs for tankionline.com is not working. so how can i fix this problem because all it says when i try to log on is severs are not avalible all 26 but there is still people online once i logged onto it on a differnt website please fix this problem

Loading time is much, much faster now with the update. Thanks tanki team.

And for those who can't join servers because they say they are not avaliable, try to refresh the page or log in into russian servers.

From 60FPS before update now I have 35-40... ok, it's playable becouse I dont have lag but not same :wacko:
