External Gaming Control

I would like to know if there is a way that TankiOnline.com game can be controlled using a gaming control that is like the ones that we use on Playstation but are made for computer games?

I will look for responses, thank you. I have one and I am not having any luck with making it work with this game.

Please tell me how this needs to be set up with this game, if possible. Thank you very much.

That would be a good thing, but difficult to implement in some ways.

 

However, it would be fun to play Tanki with an external control, maybe press A to fire and one analog stick to move and the other analog to turn turret.

I have a sony laptop.

And I can play tanki online with my PS3 controller.

But it's crap... the normal controls are 800 times better.

 

 

You don't turn your turret with the analog sticks, but with R1 and square... pretty dumb right?

You are not able to drug or poop mines... I don't know why that's not possible, I assume the PS3 controller doesn't recognize some keyboard buttons.

And it shuts down the keyboard, which means you can't type.

 

 

All the other controls are exactly like that, you would need rubber fingers if you want to get decent scores with a PS3 controller.

And it's only possible if you have a sony laptop which accepts sony controllers as a mouse.
