First Time: I was playing in the game more than 4 hours on the red team. I had 2700 points and in the first place in the game (flag capture game) 100 flags capture then game is over.

We were winning 75 against 9 and there was around 700 crystals in the game. Then that happened again:

CONNECTION CLOSED BY SERVER

I found myself out of the game. Only after half an hour I managed to log in and i asked in the chat first, if anyone had the experience with closed connections by server.

They said, all servers, 17 of them, were closed by server. All my time to make crystals were gone.

 

Second Time: The same story as usual but there were around 130 crystals in the game, so I didn't care much about

 

Third Time:

 

I was playing for 5 hours "destroying game" on blue teams and I had 3300 points. Second one had 800 points. Blue Team winning the game for 890-730

And there was 530 crystals in the game. I was supposed to get around 300-400 crystals.

Then suddenly: CONNECTION CLOSED BY SERVER

I couldn't get online for 6 minutes. When I managed to enter the game I saw myself out. Entering the game was a choice. I was not in the game anymore.

I entered the game anyway and realized that most of the players had the same problems. But some players on blue team managed to stay in the game without losing their ranks (points)

I played anyway and we won. I had this time 280 points. I fell suddenly to the second place from the first and 280 points. All 3700 points were gone. I have got 110 crystals instead.

What did you obtain with this topic?

so that players are warned to be careful when they choose a long lasting battle to win more crystals by spending their supplies. Once the connection is closed by server, you can lose everything. Annoying is time. You spend your time to make crystals in order to strength your tank and hulls and spend hours and hours in the game. Then server closed and everything PUFF !!! No recover of your crystals that you have spent or no help from help team. No compensate of your loss. I thought that help team would compensate my loss but I know now, they never will.

I wrote this also in conclusion. You wouldn't ask this question If you understood or really read my post to the end !

I had the image. You can see the image on here. Blue team wins and yet their total destroys are less than 100. Game will be over when destroy limits reach 999.

With 95 destroys and 380 points blue team wins. That is obvious that server has stopped or? And if you see the game, there were 10 players in each team but at the end only 2-3 players left.

Anyway, it is useless to contact to help team, since their first priority is not to help and they have always a reason: against rules ! Isn't it against rules when server stops and ones lose his time and crystals and not able to demand his loss back?

This is against rules what they are doing. They shouldn't call themselves Help Desk. I haven't seen any help from them till now. I even reported cheaters with picture and videos but no replies of results. I don't even know if cheaters sill play

I was the one who were trying to help the game and team but I never saw any help from them. Anyway this is their way

Tanki Online Team doesn't care about players. Oh, how wrong you are. They do not speak English. It's a russian company, only the english staff speaks english. It's obvious that if you write to the tech support you find russian guys. They do copy-paste the same email and sending. Okay so think about how many players there are in tanki. Nowadays, almost 20 millions. Let's say that 15 millions are inactive fake accounts. We still got 5.000.000 players-users-people. 3 millions are russians, they don't have connection problems. 2 millions are left, let's say that 1,5 million didn't play today. Another 400k players played without any problem. Between these 100.000 who had problems, for various reasons 95.000 couldn't contact the help, or their problems were not worth it. We got 5.000 messages arriving to the desk. Let's say that 20 people are in charge of answering to the mails. So everyone of them today answered to 250 messages. Would you really give a detailed, different, specific answer to everyone of them? I barely can do it receiving 20 private messages per day. I fear that, if they do it, they won't be able to look at every single message.

Of course I didn't, I read just the first lines. Because you know, in this post you do nothing more than throwing junk on the developers.

Yes, but the server can't store every single data. They know what you buy and when, what you win and when, but for example they can't know what you were using, and if you effectively got a disconnection. They can know this only if the message appeared was "Foul play"; for other kinds of disconnection the server doesn't give a log. So it's essential to have a picture: your screen of the ended battle is not enough, and they require the tablescore BEFORE the disconnection.

One picture wont help in any way. You need a few before the disconnection and a few after. In total you should have at least 4-6. If this happens a lot, you should record while you are playing and if you get disconnected the recording will ahow all. There was a message on the homepage saying that there will be 'lags'.

Yes I tried to record. But recording 5 hours needs lots of saving place. I recorded 15 minutes some day and it was around 3 GB. Since then i gave up trying to record

Today again I am experiencing too much Connection Closed By Server Error?

I think other players also facing same issue as I see them also as Left & Join... Left & Join Every 2-3 minutes. Whats wrong?

This error spoils mood to play. Its better for me If server gets down for maintenance rather than this error. Please FIX ASAP***

I was playing a battle for 2 hours and there was no server update. In February 2013 there was a server update for an hour in 9:45 ( 8:00 Moscow time)
