No Help at all from Tanki helpline

Hi, any one plz help me. I had wrote to tankihelp line with no help at all. In combe TDM, there was a lag, after which I REFRESHED it , and I was directed to the LOG-IN page. Now, when I logged in again, I was already removed from the battle.. The battle was well over 600 and we were winning and I was the highest.

So, far i have got two same exact replies from helpline, saying that "...if you left the battle on your own reason.......". I can forward the mails to you if you need it. I don`t know if they properly read my mail, cos I DID NOT LEAVE ON MY OWN REASON.

So, please any mods out there..HELP me out. I have two screenshots before I refresh it and after I logged-in again. If you want the proof I can post it here.

But plz don close this Topic. I am not begging anyone for free crystal, I am asking for what I deserve to get. Nor am I complaining. I just have no one to turn to now, so i am posting here.

(If this thread is closed, I`l make another one and this time with the two SCREENSHOTS)

^I was just about to post that! Also, technically, you left the battle when you refreshed, the server didn't disconnect you, so you probably can't claim any crystals. Nor is you being removed for inactivity a server fault.

I`m not a fool who would unneccessarily create a topic. I wrote to them FIRST before I made this. Well I see now, this is how it works here - dont even read the post, just copy paste the same thing to every post and every mails.

Your rank seems experienced enough to know by now, what to do when there is that thing called LAG, which is caused by the SERVER. Well, let me refresh your memory, when there is LAG either you wait for few mins or you REFRESH it, so technically thats not leaving the battle. And even if in your term it is "leaving the battle", how come that is my fault!!!!??And in most case after you refreshed it, you return back to the same battle with your scores intact.

And, this was not happening my case, and I didn get any satisfactory reply from them, so I create this topic.

This first pic was taken when the LAG occured. I waited for about 30-35 seconds to see if normality resumes. Bt since it did not I had to REFRESH it...

 

After I refreshed it, i was directed to the LOG-IN page (not the battle page). And this was what happened after I Logged in....I was removed and the battle was already full... :angry:

Now, just see and compare the scores of the two players "vytastas" and "iluxavniipo1" in my team from the two pics. Got it...they might also have had LAG as their scores were "0" in the 2nd pics below -

 

Dont know, what else will convince..!!!

Don't you get it? No one can help you here.

Only way is to contact Tech Support (help@..) - if they said you won't get a refund, it means you won't, asking in the Forum is pointless.

 

About the problem,

Try to 'remember' your password, so you don't need to log in every time you load a server.

 

If this doesn't help, just wait, the new server platform came yesterday, so there are still some bugs, which will be fixed soon.

And yes, i will not post again here....I was just hoping, there would be some helpful MODS/admins out here, who could do JUSTICE.

Anyway, just try to put yourself in my shoes and think what you would`ve done had the same sort of INJUSTICE been given out to you. Btw, just to tell you i wen into the battle just b4 5 mins the battle was about to get over to check out the battle fund. By then it was already 980. This made me MAD all the more, I cud`ve easily got above 400+ crystals.

All thanks to Tanki and the helpers, great way to start YOUR NEW VERSION. Way to go...You ROB me of my crystals again...as usual!!!!

Are you really sure? Because it does make a difference actually.

 

You are just too mad, so you don't want to accept any advice. Being mad won't help at all.

If you want to be able to return in a battle after refreshing, 'remember' your password.

^^ Firstly, Yes I am REALLY sure. Because it dosn make any difference. Cos b4, wenever I Refresh, I was either directed to the battle itself or the battle page BUT NEVER EVER to That Log-in Page.

And Secondly, Yes, I WAS mad, and I had every right to be mad. Btw you are just a really Stubborn guy, who can`t do any service bt still keep posting unneccsary things (and that too which every1 is already aware of ) to argue ur standpoint.

when i refresh after lags i am still in the battle with all my stats the same as before the lag.

refreshing doesn't make a difference

Did you try to do what I said? Or you will keep being smart?

 

Because I tried it and I'm right.

When I remembered my password, I joined a battle. I played a bit, then refreshed and I got back in the battle.

Then I logged off. Then logged in again, but didn't but a tick on Remember me. I joined a battle, then refreshed and it took me to the log in screen. After putting my name ans password, of course, I was taken to the battle lobby.

Anyway, don know why are you so obssessed with that "remember me" thing !!!..Well btw, Do you think this was my first LAG??..I`ve had hundreds and hundreds of LAGS before this, bt I`ve never ever been directed to the Log-in page b4 whenever I refreshed. And I`ve never tick that "remember me" option ever since I started playing.

Now, plz don Reply back again...I create this topic if I cud get any help frm mods/admin. You are neither one of them. Thx 4 ur suggestion anyway.

I am sorry for your situation. I know the frustration you must feel. I wish there was something we could do to help you here. Unfortunately there is not. The only advise I can give you is to send yet another email to help@tankionline.cm and explain your situation again. Making sure you are very clear to them as to the whole scenario that happen to cause you to lose the connection. If you can explain to them that the first picture is a screen shot of the tanks going off the edge from the lag and that is when you refreshed as we all have done in the last couple of weeks they will start to understand more as to what you are inquiring about.
