Chat command isn't working

i was in a game and i did the /vote Name_of offender and it said complaint succesfully sent and i do this most times i see people cheating and stuff but everytime i wait like 30 45 mins and still no mod comes and helps. Is this a glitch? im not sure and the player never leaves so yeah just wondering please reply with mroe info thank you so much :)

I'm sorry no mod came to your battle. The /vote system is here so when you are in the battle you don't need to leave to complain about violators. Depending on what time you are playing, it is possible that there are only a few mods are on duty and didn't get a chance to go to your battle or that they are on a different server. Hopefully next time you need help, there would be a mod on the same server. Also just to clarify how to vote ... you should type /vote 4strike this is the proper way to do it just in case you didn't know.
