No moderator coming on report

Today I encountered a"player"who was using supplies in Sandbox CTF and has driven off all enemy players.Then he took a flag and did not want to capture until we are all out,so he can get all crystals from fund.Of course I did not go out and lucky there was a time limit,but very long.Then he starts to write something like he is going out for a smoke.His name is something like Pz.1 and he is doing that for months since I remember him from before doing same violation.I reported him,but no one of moderators came into battle and violator is not punished.Lucky someone entered battle and I managed to get last flag.He tried to stop me,but I managed to finish the game.I wonder why no one is coming on report when ever I report someone.If moderator came into battle,he would see that violator keeping the flag for himself and waiting us to go out.

Unfortunately the moderators do not have time to consider all the complaints of the battles. I advise you to make a video, and create a topic with proofs of violations.
