Gun shooting problem

When a game restarts i cant shoot my gun , but after i die and respawn i can shoot.This is not all ways so but it happens 5 /10 times.

Strange glitch

Was battling today with a guy called Verdan who had a Mammoth and Smoky. There was just the two of us, and my Wasp was doing the hit and run thing. He got bored and swapped to Hornet and Shaft. I said go ahead kill me, and I pulled straight in front of him. For the next 2 minutes he was firing at point blank range with shaft fully charged and he didn't do any damage at all...

 

He left the game, rejoined and then his gun was back to normal.

there was a time recently where I had taken the flag and got flipped upside down, there were two isida's hitting me to take the kill and return flag but they did no dammage, 2 minutes later A thunder came and killed me and had no trouble whatsoever, I was using m3 thunder m3 hornet emerald.
