I need an explanation!

I'm just frustrated, not only have I lost about 200 crystals becuz the battle fund is 200 or above, I couldn't log into tanki for about 5 minutes so I timed out for inactivity.

What came up was, PAGE NOT FOUND. URL blah blah blah.

 

Now I'm starting to have doubts about the new server platform, I tried to refresh but all it came up with was that.

No I haven't taken a Screen shot( rather didnt have time to ), but rather I'd like an explantion or a way of preventing this from happening.

In my opinion, you could have:

1: Typed the URL/Address wrongly

2: Had a lost of internet connection

Or the server:

1: Was being updated

2: Did not ping back due to big traffic

My tanki sevre is fine, I advise you not to post here as this is the complaints section.

Problem was though:

1.The address of the server was correct as evnetually after loading it again and again, it worked

2. It wasnt being updated as lots of other people I checked with on skype could connect

3. It wasn't ping as I could load onto other websites fine.

 

It doesn't solve my problem as tanki was temporarily down for me and not others, this included the forum as well as the main server at that particular moment in time.

It's just happened again, not once, but 3 times a day, I only completed about 2 games today because of this stupid server lag and when it does work again, the game kicked me out for inactivity. This is just angering me, plus those games that I played in were just short games so that the battle fund was only like 50 crystals so I cant file a recall of crystals. And no, it wasnt my internet. :angry:

You better get this working again!
