Tightening of Moderation Standards

Recommended Posts

Tankionline was much (like a lot) better before rebalance and 123. :( its kinda sad the way tanki is "improving" :o I wish I could go back.

Before tanki was the best game i have ever found! :fire_r: It still is! :fire_l: but there are some things that tanki didn't have to do

The tightening of the chat is a very good idea. Now that was an improvement B)

The moderators can tell the different because they see the words not *****. Don't be afraid because you won't be misunderstood.

I got banned for a day when I put happened because the middle showed stars I was mad

All these "Tightening of Moderation Standards" change nothing if threads in complaints section (even with good - video - evidence) will continue stay with no response for 5-6 days...

Immediacy and inevitability of punishment are the most important things to learn people be fair...

I quite agree: if you want the punishments work, then they must be prompt and public. Right now the process is too vague and slow. Even the voting mechanism itself requires further improvement: putting down the name of the offender does not automatically clarify whether he is using any software hacks, violating the playing rules (e. g. an obstacle to his own team) or just using profane language (and which one: English, Russian, German or some other?). In my opinion the only viable option is for each player to choose whom he wants to block... prompting another interesting question: I do not remember my complete block list by heart, still in future games I'd rather avoid teaming up with players I blocked at some point in time earlier... so we just keep waiting these improvements promised years ago... and waiting... and waiting... ad infinitum?

Be more specific?

It's a spell for do-it-yourself magicians :) as in:

Welcome to my block list. You are now vanished. Buh–Bye.

Never fails, always on time. Not sure if it apllies to battle chats though...

How does user player-blocking help in global?? Yes, it's not available for battle chat yet, probably it will be in future.

But what I mean is how will it help? It's useful if you just don't want to see messages from someone. But it's only for you - only you will ignore his messages, while they will be visible to the others. Plus, many of the players even don't know that such 'ignore' commands exist.

i havent seen any longer bans yet
