Update 123 Changes in the game economics

I got 1800 free crystal as a gift cant believe it... maybe admin gave it to me due to my good behavior :wub: or my skills :tank: now I should have 9000+ crystal :D nice to start my day.. B) looked on my crystal column, im having 85 400 again cant believe it, my eyes might be tripping :blink: but wait its true its 85 400 wow somebody hack my account but the end results was good :fire_r: :fire_l: ok time to buy a bigger gun.. :rolleyes: ..... but wait :excl: the price was up :o nooooooooooh :( tanki made me happy just for minute and back to square 1.... -_- ok I might earn crystal better due to 123 changed,,,, so I played :ph34r: :tank: but to my surprise :o ... it become hard to earn crystals even if I was on top spot ( as :rolleyes: usual) B),, ,,,, they made changes in the name of being fair .... well I can see the messages .... im not here to judge ,, but to play ,,, other wise i'll be ban :unsure: , hopeful for 124 update :) happy hearts day :wub: from :ph34r: :tank:I like your comment. This is a result of our times. The result of political correctness. You can't say openly what you think otherwise you get punished. But if do in the language the tanki team did, it's fine. You don't get punished because you are not telling the whole truth. What a mad world. I'd prefer the old times where you could say what you thought. To hell with political correctness. They are all liars. See in Germany Siemens or ThysseKrupp. Politically correct, but what kind of bribery and syndicate scandals and cheating everywhere. But they talk about business ethics and governance. Zum Totlachen (to die of laughter)

~45 minutes of hard play (Abrams-10 from opposite team fully drugged about 10 times - he even got out to change weapon/hull - maybe buy some druugs, I drugged 1 time), 10 flags and battle fund ~48 crystals!!!

Before update in such battle there would be about 250-300 crystals in fund.

TankiTeam - are you sure we can't divide by 10??

 

Another example - I joined this battle only to check battle-fund at the end:

999:841 frags and 265 cristals in battle-fund... It is ridiculous. I'm sure they played few hours...

Wow and Tanki thinks were gonna be happy for this 123 release??? giving 1000 on every gold box? giving us 1000 instead of 100 if we have crystals???,... and what about the things garage????? everything is sky high in garage! it'll be better if they left the prices on garage what it was before and just multiply our crystals and falling crystals and just make a new turrets with even more expensive crystals.... what they did here is .... NOTHING they just made us see theyre doing something but truth is theyre not, everything is the SAME! they just bloated the amount of falling crystals and it still the equavalent of the old version! lame updates! :angry:

Ok one thing at a time ladies and gentlemen.

 

1. Before the rebalance, the game economics were engineered to allow a last rank standard player (1 000 000 exp = Marshal) to have amassed enough crystals (through crystal bonus drops, battle fun and daily gifts) to buy an M3 weapon and an M3 hull without spending real money. This is still the case, since we have 3 more ranks, instead of working out the game economics formula using a standard marshal, we have used a last rank standard player (1 440 000 exp = Generalissimo). This explains the difference in the "experience vs battle fund" growth difference after the update 123.

2. Before the rebalance, the last M3 opened at the 14th rank at a maximum price of 20 000 crystals. Now the last M3 gun opens at the 30th rank at around 25 000 crystals. Considering that it takes a long time, more experience and even more accumulated crystals to rank to the last rank, then a standard generalissimo should be able to afford more than Marshals could. And this is a good thing!

 

3. The above points explain why Tanki Online was and is still a free MMO as it says on the packaging. However, there is a choice of buying more than one gun and hull which brings revenue to the project. Without these funds, your favorite game wouldn't be able to pay for the servers that hold the players day in day out and this wonderful online world would not exist at all. And this is not a good thing!

 

PS: If you take time to carefully read these 3 points, you will understand the logic behind the "craziness" :P !

Read and agree, but this does not explain why crystals now fall 10 times slowly. In drugs games, before the update, when capturing a flag around 10-12 boxes were falling all around the map. Now only 2-3. WHY?

Playing in a game very long time in loser party and get...................26 !!!!!!! crystals (( means old situation 2 !!!!!!! crystals)

 

THis system still sucks if you play in loosing party. You still get NOTHING for aal effort.

 

( to play a game it takes 2 !!!!!!!! so one will loose, but saying you get rewarder for playing............ BULL Sh$%T

If new economics is calculated to 1440000exp points instead of 1000000 - does it mean that battle fund grows now nearly half slower?

(1'000'000*100%)/1'440'000=69.(4)% => what it means is that now battle-funds are only 69% of those battle-funds calculated before update

It not fun no one can afford anything now , battle fund go up 50 % slower , i want your answer to this.

I miss tanki in season 2010/2011. Since then the most important update we had was to have balanced weapons, because after that the ranking indicates strength, not before a warrant officer 5 had freeze m3, the more I thought the shot was critical of smoky desnecesário, and a pos tanki war game, real time strategy, must think and act fast MMO game, and not an RPG to have critical hits. But so far so good, now buying experience horrible thought, because I think the player has to deserve the ranking they have, have to sweat, I think unfair to the marshal of yesteryear who made 1 million points, and a person can create a account today into the garage and out buying experience. And these "noobs'' high ranking, hinder high-ranking players who bought not experience why not know how to play, and the game is like we're beginners and we were playing with a beginner.

Although I am happy for the benefit of the younger tanks, in that they get more for the fact that they did not get first, I am angered that the hardworking winners have been punished by the new system of fund distribution.

 

The kind of system where you share crystals for everyone is not democratic(as you say), but rather it is socialistic.

 

I find it saddening that the winner receives less than before simply because the others did not do as well, where is the logic in this?

I understand you wish to make the game moreso appealing for those who do not get first every time, but at the expense of the appeal of winning the fund?

 

Why?

 

One solution for this problem is to instill a private "winner multiplier" where it takes the base fund that the would normally be received, and multiplied by a number slightly better than 1.

Which would account for the massive loss in profit which came with this update.
