System shut down ?

DEAR TANKMEN AND TANKI ONLINE STAFF AND CREW

 

I have been playing this game for the past six months . I was very happy in the beginning . Being a noob i learnt and learnt the game till i started playing in big games which last for more time . But from about one month ago , i have been facing a serious problem . When i play tanki online , after a few minutes in battle , my system closes suddenly and instantly , not like the regular way of shutting down . It happens when ever i play tanki online . it dosent happen when i play other online games . I cannot play in any battle till the end as my whole system closes in a second and i do not get any battle fund . i am finding it very difficult to gain experience and collect crystals through battle funds . i play for about 5 to 10 minutes and then suddenly its gone the whole game is gane with no chance of resuming it .

It is my request to all those who are reading this . Please if you know why this happens and wath is the solution for it , reply to this topic . I thought that i can ask you kind tankmen to help me . Please help me , ur fellow tankmen with my problem .

no my whole system shuts down . i do not get any message or warning . it happens like there is a power loss and ur pc closes immediately in a seconf . not like the regular way of closing

I think that might be something to do with you computer, try keeping the power supply plugged in while your playing and see if that works. My mum's laptop has the same problem where it randomly turns off. I don't think this is anything to do with the game. Hope this helps.

i use a laptop only and my power supply is always plugged in .

Eh,real laptop can run without PSU.

You might want to take your laptop into your local computer shop and get it looked at, because from what I know, it's not normal for laptop to turn off like that, it will you usually warn you before it turns off. PM if you need anything else :)

i am not saying that it is due to power cut . i said it is like power cut that it closes .

Hmm, it happened to me too but not often but i think it may be due to memory overload...So try to keep ur Ram memory empty by using any cleaner or run prefetch in search and delete all the files...it reduces burden over ram...

i have a laptop and i am not so good at editing or deleting my software . can u tell me how do i do that ?

but i keep getting pop up boxes from chrome that certain memory is used how do i fix that ?

There might be a Problem with your P/C If its a Laptop it might be overheated since your always pushing buttons while playing Tanki. Try to put something on the bottom of the computer so it can get some air. Sorry Mods. Just wanted to help :)
