damage effect

damage effect why not?

for me it would me interesting from the display(or some thing like that)

the game it self will be different from other.

because every game i play has no damage effect because the impact.

for example like dent because of the pressure from shaft.

and the paint is like dirty or some thing because of dirt or fire from the enemy.

i got this idea from the freeze effect from freeze or heat effect(red color) from firebird.

i've been thinking this idea for days.

maybe for some players this idea is ridiculous.

but if you not sure you can test it in test server before update it.

or you can forget about all of this idea.

so, what do you think? ;)

He means if you are FROZEN then Tank colour is WHITE, when hit by Firebird you are RED. So why not in case of other guns?

Like might be shaft hit creates dent on body of Hull, Railgun removes colour from where it passes, Thunder shows some broken part where it hits etc etc...

I get it it's just to much grafical work so they won't do it the programming would be about 563889pages it already is about 465

 

It would be relatively simple to add the gun trace to the body of a Tank, in the instance where it is struck by the shell of a gun.

 

This is a good idea, it would add a new layer of realistic to the game.

I wont have any problem if they implement this idea, as long as i have the option of turning it off.

that could be a bad idea cuz imagine there is a really red or blue or broken tank etc kill stealing would be more common. whenever you shoot a tank and its gettin weak and all of sudden a shaft or thunder shoots it knowing it is weak and steals you kills.

It won't matter to points as With every kill, points are distributed on the basis of damage done by various players.

And as the tank is damaged, it starts to rise smoke from the hull, and the player's screen would flash red warning, you are in critical health!

 

Of course it would all be toggle-able :P
