New paint concept: "Anti-effect"

One of the few good updates that Tanki can give us, apart from total rollback to graphic update, is adding new and hopefully not overpriced objects. Alongside the already suggested "Enhacing paints", which increase the damage of given weapons, I would like to see "Anti-effect paints".

This new kind of paints reduces/negates the additional effect of certain weapons. They will work as the current protective paints: cheaper paints won't totally block the additional effects, while expensive ones will actually negate said effects, and "effect-protections" can be mixed. There are 6 types of "effect-protection":

  • Temperature: Freezing and Afterburn will be reduced for cheaper paints and negated for expensive ones.
  • Direct Hit: Splash Damage and Rico's "auto-aim" behind walls is reduced/negated
  • Absorbing: Railgun and Shaft shots won't pass through targets for expensive paints, will pass with reduced power for cheaper ones. Splash Damage is also affected by this.
  • Fluctuation: Reduce the % of "critical hits" for every weapon. For example, Railgun damage fluctuates between 112-166. The % of shots with a power output greater than 139 (112+166 / 2) is reduced, and the same goes for every weapon that has not a fixed damage. Smoky Critical Hit % is directly reduced.
  • Anti-Healing: Isida Health-stealing ability is reduced/negated.
  • Stability: Every weapon knockback is reduced/negated.

I already posted this on feedback, but I would like to hear the opinion of the forum community, since it has to be elaborated a bit more.

it looks cool and good, i was thinking of a paint for isida, which alllow your team's isidas to heal you faster, and if you are an isida , you are self-healing faster too. The protection against isida should not be added to this paint, cauz isida is already too powerfull.
