Do You Really Need All Those Drugs?

Well, everyone hates druggers. That's a fact, unless you are one, of course. If you're low on drugs, here's a way to drug effectively.

Double Armour: This is only necessary for those who have less health - tanks like Hornet, Wasp, etc. If you have M2 Mammoth for example, what are the chances a non drugger will kill you easily anyway? Even when you don't drug, you could kill them pretty simply. Also, I think either Double Armour and Double Power attract the most enemies. A Mammoth with Double Power gives the impression to enemies that you will be practically impossible to kill, and therefore come and try to kill you first. A Wasp with Double Armour may be laughed at, but if you're good enough then you can dance your way around and use the drug well.

Double Power: You may say everyone needs this, but that is not necessarily the case. Always judge your enemy first before drugging. Think. Of those who will most likely be there defending when you try to attack, could you get rid of them with ease when not drugged? Freeze and Firebird. Rather debatable on whether to drug, but since they have a 'spray' effect, multiple people can be killed while you dodge any others and take another quick route to the flag. With double power, of course it helps, but when people see that little icon above your head, they will immediately go for you. Ignore everything else, and attack the one with the double power. This drug is only really necessary for guns like Thunder. This is because you are not constantly shooting, and have to wait a while before shooting again. Might as well take more health out of your foes when you can.

Nitro: No-brainer really. If you are using something like Hornet or Wasp as said in the Double Armour section, you already have a high amount of speed. Using Nitro is extremely risky, as you can easily lose control and flip yourself over, which is very frustrating. If you do decide to use Nitro with the above tanks, everything becomes a rush, and you have no time to think. I always see people going so fast while drugged that they are half on-half off a ramp and flip over on their backs. Happened to you? Now you see my point. You really do not have to do a finger run over 234.

OK. so DA and Nitro apply to hulls, DP turrets. Here are what I think should be used, depending on your combo.

Smoky: Double Power

Twins: Double Power

Railgun: Double Power

Isida: (OP already, why have Double Power???)

Thunder: Double Power

Ricochet: This depends whether you think you really need it.

Shaft: Are you sure you even want to attack?

Wasp: Double Health

Hunter: Double Health

Titan: Nitro

Hornet: Double Health

Viking: Again, depends on you, but upgraded you don't really need Double Armour, although Nitro is advised.)

Mammoth: Double Speed.

You never have to use all the middle three, use only two or one if you think you should, and save the rest for a rainy day.

Railgun: Double Power

I use Railgun and I only use DP, if I'm sniping out the tanks who think they're safe when they come out of cover, why would I need DA, Nitro. I sometimes will use DA and Nitro, but very irregularly! I agree with you completely!

Great Selena! But maybe one addition: don't start drugging while you are still near your own base. Especially no double power (simply because there is no one to shoot yet.

The ones who use Mammoth and Isida in Silence II, red team, will probably know that if the blue team defends well you can run out of your supplies before you even make it to the ranp with the flag, it that case it is really best to drug as late as possible.

An extra advice for Isidas: if you are low on health, press 1 and stop shooting to give your gun time to charge. Once your health kit is used, shoot again, so you can heal yourself with it. If you shoot and use a health kit at the same time, you don't fully use the kit, which is a waste.

Actually, if you face against firebird or freeze with DP, then yes you'll need DP for isida. Also from my experience using isida in CTF mode, it's much quicker to executed strong non-drugging enemy (pros vs pros battle) if you planned to get the flag and capture as soon as possible.

Oh and you've forgotten Dictator.

And in my way of playing, I usually drug when there's other drugger or if I joined in a loosing team in CTF, if it's like 1 flag against 8-10 flags with 1 hour remaining but it depends on how strong the opponent is.

Thunder + DP is lethal - one or two shots and you can destroy a tank. I got over a 15 kill streak by using that. I would recommend using Nitro too if you are in a medium sized DM battle and you want quick kills, as you can move faster

Agree, and for other main account, almost reaching captain, I'm moving from m2 Dictator to m2 Mammy in combo with thunder m2! Can't wait.

It all comes down to skills,

True, but a good weapon and drugs help too

But you are right - that's why I still own on my noob account with m0 shaft. Well I was a pro shafter in the days before the rebalance...
