It seem's to me that a paint that protect's from something over 25 percent is unfair.

that is the whole reason I did not get thunder, because there were way too many paint's that protect more than 25% from that weapon.

what is your opinion on this?

Get a paint that protects their gun. Done.

No, you don't understand. when I play with freeze sometimes people have paint's that protect from freeze 25% and I can never kill them even though they are noob's.

In my opinion one of the fundamental purposes of the rebalance was to allow some popular guns way too much power (e. g. before the Railgun took on average 3 shots to finish off an M3 Viking, thus allowing the Viking ample time to do some real damage to the opponent, now the Railgun finishes in just 2 shots just about any chassis except for the most slow ones), thus inducing gamers into spending as much crystals as possible on all kinds of protective paints. Also, as long as tournament winners are getting paints with 20% protection for any weapon, it makes sense to have on sale something better still.

actually 25% against freeze is nothing, it's the extremely long freeze effect that will kill you... even if you survived, the freeze can simply return to the spot where he was killed.

Because you can't move for years, either the attacker gets a second chance, or you will be taken down by a different enemy.
