you must be the rank of warrant officer 3 or higher

What's not to understand dawg? He just wanna build up a dog team.. its gonna be like tanki's canine division,, their tactic: Bark Loud and Bite !!! Anyway who are we to say its useless or not, I don't see SuperNick against it,, so if SOGGY pulls this one off, ima create Tanki's Mongoose League !!! :D
