Thunder m3 should be more powerful, compared to m2. A double armor m3 mammoth with no protection paint against thunder, took 7 shots within 100 meters (minimum 63x2x7=882 hp total, mammoth m3 of double armor is 380x2=760 hp) which is unfair I think.

the difference between m2 and m3 is very small, but it is a very powerfull gun

Firstly, the Thunder is a 'mid-to-long' range gun,therefore at 100m the power have been reduced substantially

Secondly, although the m2 and m3 level indicates a small increase in hp, the rate of fire is increased on par with other guns of the same level.

Third, at 100m, you are able to shoot a mammoth of whatever guns equipped. What if the mammoth is equipped with Freeze or Firebird or Isida, the short range weapons, OR the Twins or Richochet, the 'mid range' guns? They can't even 'touch' you at 100m! At that range, only the guns that I have not mentioned could damage you.That will be the Smokey, the Thunder itself, the Rail and of course the Shaft.

I would suggest for you to find a good combination of Hulls and Guns on the regular maps you play.

Remember, a Mammoth is not necessarily a good Hull, a Wasp is never a bad Hull. All Hulls are equally good in the right hands, playing styles, and on the maps played.

After the RB, the game is much more complicated, one has to re-learn to play the game, for it has undergone REBALANCE!

The Shaft-Mammoth combo no longer dominate the field,same goes for the Rics or Thunder or Freeze.. ;)

It is already balanced,the only problem is everyone know the Thunder is powerful, thus they bought the Thunder resist paint (I did too), thereby making the Thunder useless at the higher ranks.

Thunder M1 and M2 are overpowered, ESPECIALLY M1 (because I have it). They should rebalance from M1 to m3 and make M1 weaker while M3 stronger :)

Thunder is really good from the start... but will become worse when you hit colonel or brigadier.

After those ranks, the amount of thunder protection paints on the battlefield is too much for thunder to handle.

 

I still use it in clan wars, thunder has massive damage without those lame protection paints.

It's great at my rank as it is, and I mainly bought Cedar because I wanted to be able to combat Isidas and Freeze a with a bit more chance of survival (I bulldozed right through a Smoky/Wasp the other day, while firing. I only just survived because the Smoky did a crit :lol: ).

Thunder is pretty good(but it will be better if you improve it because i use thunder :D ). Anyways it's kind of useless because of the paints, Maybe they should lower the Thunder-resistance from the paints?
