Hi,

Guys, pleese, camon....when will you stop telling us to have patience and hang on ?

Do you really intend to do something about the game soon ?...I'm tired of spending 2000 cristals in drugs to get 500....it goes on and on....if you dont buy large ammonts of cristals (something i've stopped doing) it's better not to play.

Do you really intend to make some improvements and changes in the game? and i'm not talkig about some discounts in stuff just to make us happy for some time and try to make us buy cristals that we don't have any moore because we spend them all trying to get that miserable fund. Now it's impossible to upgrade in less than 10 yers without buying massive ammounts of cristals and battles are booooooring.

Make some new maps(that people can play) with no lags and low fps, don't be gready and change the battle funds and the cristals drop, or lower the prices on stuff, let us sell stuff that is useless, like shafts that are impossible to use due to lags.

If not i think you will end up with half a dozen players that buy cristals and rule the game and some noobs coming and going.

I'm starting in other online games and if i like any of them Tanki is over, and that is a shame because this is a nice and simple game that you managed to ruin.You guys made more damage to the game than cheaters and hackers.

Have to say that the crystal situation is a complete joke, I bought £20 worth of crystals a few hours later tanki offer me a double purchase for any crystals bought in the next 48 hours. Like hell i'm going to spend another £20 in the next 24 hours!!! When they flipped the crystal ratio they made is so it was more profitable for themselves, players will leave because of this that is for certain really not happy they are so many lags, bugs in the current maps to.

 

Please sort this game out you are killing it!

Exelent...!!! this answer shows exactly what i asked. Absolut no respect for the players with this arrogant post...it's take it as it is or leave it...ok i choose the second one.

PLAYERS MAKE THE GAMES...A GAME WITH NO PLAYERS IS NOT A GAME. YOU ARE HERE TO SERVE THE PLAYERS AND NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND, I THINK SOMEONE AS IS PRIORITIES A LITTLE BIT MESSED UP !

It amazes me that any company or organisation would allow it representative to talk to customers like that. Even unpaid moderators are still representatives of the Game, and the company that owns it and have a duty not to damage it by unprofessional, immature and insulting comments to customers. As for the EULA, it may give legal protection for the game, but it can't repair the damage to customer confidence or sales since the rebalance, update 123 and the continued Lags. I don't expect a meaningful response, but please feel free if you feel the need.

I know it seems like it is taking a long time for things to happen. There is alot of thought going into each and every decision that the developers make. I wish I knew a time frame I could tell you but please know you are not the only one who feel this way. I can say the developers are working on it, I just dont know when they will have a solution.
