Agreed ^ but if its vital why is there still 123 update and funds aint like before? -_- why is when end of 1 hour battle i get about 500 which is like 50 before.. and besides 1 hour before i used to get like 200+ which is like 2000+ now -_-

Yes, they don't visit the English Forum really much...

But they do visit the Russian one, but the result is still the same - NONE of the updates will be cancelled, including 123.

Complaining, swearing, Arabs flooding with their mults (the link is just an example of what they do), insulting Game Staff and Developers, etc. does NOT help at all, all of this will just lead to a ban, because it's against the Rules.

Old economics, old balance and old graphics will NOT come back. I personally want them too, but unfotrunately, they won't come back. And I perfectly know that nothing will be changed back..now it's time for you guys to understand that.

I know nothing will be 'rolled back', that's why you don't see me flooding everywhere 'tanki, plz tanki change back plz', or 'you thieves, we lost our money' - YOU paid the money, because YOU wanted to. You should've been aware of that, because it's written in the EULA (which all of you READ, AGREED and ACCEPTED before registering in the game). The EULA clearly states:

 

ANY USE OF THE GAME AND ITS SEPARATE OBJECTS MEANS THAT YOU ARE ACQUAINTED AND AGREE WITH THE UNDERWRITTEN AGREEMENT, AND UNCONDITIONALLY ACCEPT ALL ITS TERMS.

 

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO USE THE GAME AND ITS SERVICES AND YOU ARE OBLIGED TO LEAVE THE SITE IMMEDIATELY.

1.8. Entitlement for use of Game is given on the conditions “AS IS”. Owner doesn't give any guarantees concerning unerring, uninterrupted, contiguous work of Game, conformity of Game to the requirements and the expectations of User. 1. I'm not hiding behind anything; I'm just stating the facts. You agreed to this End User License Agreement and all of its paragraphs. Now, you have no right (and it's also stupid) to complain about something that you read, agreed and accepted before you register in the game.

3. No one cares where you're from. The game is Russian, the EULA is Russian and it's legal in Russia. You're playing this Russian game, meaning you have to agree with its Russian laws and agreements.

Guys, let's just enjoy the game. There are bad times, there are good times too. I'm sure many new nice updates will come in future - all you have to do is wait for them and don't break the Rules at the meantime.

 

I'll repeat it again, all rule-breaking posts/topics will be removed and their authors will get banned. You are here, you are obliged to follow the Rules - if you don't do it, you will be banned.

 

And one last thing, for those who still want to complain, to say that Tanki is corrupted, Russia is corrupted - kindly send your claim to the court - who knows, a lawsuit may start. But then the judge will just show you a paper copy of the Tanki EULA, tell you that you read, agreed and accepted it, so you have nothing against Tanki. And then he will simply get you out of the court.

User's claim should be sent on the box 7168, Perm-100, Tanki Online LLC (а/я 7168, Пермь-100, ООО «Танки Онлайн»), it should contain the specific list of violations made by Owner and/or Administration, account login, contact information and User signature. Non-compliance with the form or content of the claim entails non-compliance with the Pretrial dispute resolution procedure. Term for claim consideration and for sending the answer makes 30 (Thirty) business days from the moment of its acceptance.

7 year old mods argue that 'this is a Russian game'. I argue in accordance with European law!

 

When a game is 'served' in another country - which is 'accessible in a European country' - the 'European law is God' - simples!

 

If the 'serving country' does not abide-by the 'receiving country', the 'receiving country' will ban it - simples!
