Dear tanki online staff,

 

The last time I played tanki it got worse and worse, after the updates its getting to hard to get crystals. I get kicked from servers around each 30 minutes. ( None got my password or tanki login. ) And on the forum I think they have to listen better to people.

A lot of people with accounts that got hacked ask help trough forum, all mods and admins tell them to contact help@tankionline.com but what if they wont react? The last 10 times I contacted them I got a reply with a message it will be answered soon etc. But I never actually got help or a message back in-game on forum etc.

Also I paid $30 to tanki when the double crystals card was in my garage. I DIDNT GOT DOUBLE!!!!?? STFU

Also I think its all getting to expensive. Cant they make crystals more cheap and easier to get. Just add advertisements on the forum and in loading banners in-game. I think like 9/10 people I know that played tanki are now stopped. ALL BECAUSE THE STUPID UPDATES.

When you write an email to help, they will give you a number in the queue of emails they have. If you keep sending them emails, you will go to the back of the queue. Send one email, then wait. Tell them about the DCC as well. When was the last time you played Tanki? There could have been technical faults then.

I know they have like 200 emails right now and I just send the second message because I already have waited like 2 weeks. I am not sending them like 2 messages a day.
