Dont get it...

if it takes 3 guys of the same level to win against 1 guy of a different level, the three people are the weakest in the game. They should encourage fair play and one of them should join the opposite team for an actual, fair battle of 2-2. It is usually pretty annoying to see that kind of unfairness in online games, and the people who don't like to play fair only come off as people afraid to lose. 

Also, I concur to the OP's opinion.
