My isida m3 became isida m2 !

this is my isida m3 .. all of sudden i have been accused for power leveling during the battle.. i didnt receive any warning email .. just one email telling me about the penalty of 10% .. and i got one rank down to Brigadier .. but the email told me removing any item doesn't suit the current rank.. however isida m3 its available for the bigadier rank ..

my other friend lost 130,000 crystals as 10% penalty .. another got forever ban for discussing a forum .. no more comments .. am just so scared to make more comments or posts not to get banned or punished .. please forgive my complain as am terribly sad .. look at the drugs i was having .. i lost them all as well .. i was supposed to have a former warning before this penalty

am terribly sad as well .. i don't know who can help us.. a big mistake has happened .. whether with the penalty and the amount of the penalty .. and its a crystal clear error .. everyone can notice ..

so my advice to the rest of players .. be so careful of the penalty system .. its so serious.. don't go collecting crystals leaving ur team losing.. dont kill ur team members by mistake in friendly fire .. don't spend time chatting while leaving ur tank a side without parking, penalty system is very serious .. u can lose everything u won ..

I Discovered a penalty error .. i received the following message from the help@tankionline.com

"Dear user, despite the previously issued warning, you have once again resorted to power-leveling, violating the rules of game "Tanki Online". We have to fine you up to 10% on all your accomplishments, including the score, crystals and game statistics. Remember that with a decrease in the game rank out of your garage we will remove all garage elements that are not available at that rank after the penalty, while you will be credited 100% of the value of all rank limited property in crystals.

Ok .. i wish there are mods in here to witness what i am saying

1- they took away from me 10% of my crystals thats 203,000 = 23,000 crystals were taken away .. so i remained with 180,000

2- they paid me back the credits of the drugs that i was having in my garage as shown in the above picture = 64,000 crystals + 180,000 = 234,000

3- They took away my isida m3 saying it doesn't suit my rank .. but isida m3 is available within my rank

4- They didn't pay me back the costs of isida m3 = 166,900 .. otherwise i was to have by now 234,000 + 166,000 = 400,000 crystals !

Who can help us please? if help and support are not helping us.. who can help us and this mistake is crystal clear ???

The same with me.. i complained alot to the help center and they just keep sending me the same message.. i wish from mods in here to help please.. as the help center is mostly communicating in russian.. i received the same email as above.. my refund was supposed to let me have 550,000 crystals by now.. but i received no refund for my isida m3 at all .. i just received refund for my crystals .. so whats going on ? who can help ? MODS Please do something

i was having 250,000 crystals .. together with isida m3 and thunder m3.. penalty i got = 10% = 25,000 crystals ..

- after penalty 250,000 - 25,000 = 225,000

- they paid me back the total costs of my tons in drugs so my current crystals = 260,000

- i ranked down to brigadier .. and isida m3 was taken away from me with no refund "Isida m3 = 166,900

- the said i will be refunded my isida costs but they did not .. otherwise i was supposed to have 260,000 + 166,900 = 526,000 crystals

Please help us !

But this is unfair.. i clearly explained to them in details and with calculations the 10% penalty .. i think such things have to be directed to another team who must keep records about every players' account .. as help team are responsible for correcting problems happening to accounts. i don't think its their specialty to count things in accurate way .. i wish one of advisers in here to give some directions.. thanks

Dude ! isidas are everywhere like bugs ! you don't need an isida .. you can walk and step on one of them when walking in battles .. and who needs your big isida lol .. your choice was wrong from the start :lol:

 

with my titan and my isida .. i never lost a battle when playing with usa-power

Capturing our flag was something impossible when we were applying the castle plan .. just try to imagine two big isida tanks standing on the flag with best paints for all guns .. we don't need to drug .. just no one can take the flag from us while we keep healing each .. and if you see us drugging am sure u r gona run away cuz nothing can stop a drugger isida with armor of 280 X 2
