Power leveling is getting more scores or crystals by doing a plan with another player .. its of many types:

1- Either you play with somebody else and you let him intentionally to win by not killing him while stealing the flag

2- He or you let one kills each other just to get more scores

3- Most of times its taken by mistake as power leveling when you spend time on chatting during the battle while the other tanks keeps killing you .. especially if one or 2 tanks playing against you

4- If one tank keeps winning against 3 or more tanks then its highly suspicious for powerleveling

5- If you keep pressing "P" while they keep stealing your flag.. its power leveling for them

Mods always pay attention to those playing in solo .. as they are the most probable for power leveling .. or 2 X 2 .. so they keep an eyes on them .. if they notice a team is not playing and intentionally letting the other team to win .. then its power leveling .. or letting the other team to keep killing their tanks..

however this didn't happen to us .. it was taken by mistake

To adam-909 and USA-POWER ... there is nothing we can do here. If you were reported and evidence/proof exist, your punishment is permanent. You can keep writing to help@tankionline.com to get answer but posting a complaint will not give you what was taken away because us mods doesn't have the power to give back garnishment.
