Exactly. Im a firebird user and camping dosent get you anywhere. Its better to be out and chasing tanks to kill. That way youll get many kills.

Not a bad idea and worth trying but sitting high up wont get you much and you can easily be picked of by shaft/rail users , if it don't work try something else  ;)

Hate to disagree with you, but IMO that's a very stupid way to play. The best way with Firebird and Freeze in Polygon, from what I've experienced is to sit on one of the two high-up parapets in the map. Use a double power and destroy everyone who respawns there. Don't get exposed and forced into a situation where you have 3 people shooting at you (which happens if you go into the middle), ensure you stick to 1v1 battling, where Freeze and Firebird has a huge advantage. The OP makes a wise point, even if his/her positions are not the best.

 

Firebird/Freeze charging out into the middle is a lottery. Yes, you can get four/five kills in a few seconds, but you can just as easily get 0. In the long run, it is normally more useful to stick to the shadows and destroy people in 1v1 battling.

hhh,that means too drugg=you are a epic noob,some people wouldnt like your cheating and you will pay for that,and freezer doesnt defeats anyone in 1 vs 1-_-,thunder and twins can easily beat freezer,luckyly the most players are ignoring stupid freezer druggers because they know they are pathetic,so they use druggs too compete with others m3-_-

and freezer is not for deatmatch at Polygon noobs,you will be always in the middle or lucky on top 5

Depends on map.

I do as OP said sometimes, until I get bored. Usually that's for dealing with high-rank good equipment guys, who would own me in the open.

Freeze slows down isida with it's (increased) massive freeze effect.

The freeze can sit back relax, and watch the isida crawls towards him, in a desperate attempt to get connected.

He will fail... Freeze has massive damage when enemy is in range; enemy will die within miliseconds.

But you can put the freeze on the other end of the stick by attacking him from above/below :p

Thats with firebird m2, the guy below me was using same combo. And then comes twins, thunder, smokey. No turret is bad you just have to like it ;)

i like firebird,i am not a hater of firebird,the only gun i hate is freezer because some freezer users are such jerks and made fun of you,when they hide in behind -_-,but with twins nobody aproaches me so close,i see some firebirds in the top,but when is freezer i lose my minds(totaly hate it),luckyly i am only in the top 3 with twins :P

The cool thing at firebird m2 is that is more powerfull then freezer m3(literaly),but the prey of the firebird gets stolen easily by a freezer or other gun

Ya Firebird just doesn't really suit Polygon as much as those combos as say, Moon Silence.

Need escape routes+some cover for Firebird to really shine.

i really hate it when that happens. im an isida user, and freezes are just cowards. they cant survive an isida head to head. thats why they use their freezing effect to their advantage.
