Yeah, I'm experiencing this aswell; I think it's lag.

It looks pretty cool for critical hits though. ^_^

if I kill one with railgun and kill him and remained alive as 5 seconds

An enemy destroyed by railgun seems to take the longest to explode. If you watch the XP bar you can tell if the enemy has been destroyed.

It takes a while for the server to receive the message that the tank is now dead, this is further amplified if you live far from the main Russian servers, where it takes much longer for the message to be received.

 

I am also having a problem with this, because it causes me to waste precious ammunition on a tank that has already been killed!

What you experienced were just lags. If they keep on happening just refresh the page or give a look here: How to raise my FPS :)
