I know and it has been for a while. Hence the wording....Is this what Tanki 2.0 was going to look like?

Yes that is what it was going to look like. I heard that all or most of the things that were going to be in 2.0 will slowly get implemented into the game. I don't know if this idea has been scrapped or changed.

It was going to look like that. But the problem is 2.0 was cancelled in April 2012.

All new features will be slowly added to 1.0, as updates.

That's a shame it was cancelled then because it looks quite good. I like the advance camera views.
