Well, with the level of stupidity of people, which Rob Dyke shows in his WWYPTOTI (Why would you put that on the internet) videos. For example something like:

That topic would still be considered offensive. You're just giving players a topic specifically designed for calling other people stupid via screenshots. This will generate a lot of flame and conflict, which will turn the topic into a spam fest. It also provokes players to conflict with one another, and such topics break the forum rules and will be deleted.
