I'm offended. Freeze is what I use (m2) and it is not overpowered. Without it I would get rather bored.

You've got to be kidding me, freeze is the cheapest weapon, yet better than firebird.

And if you consider the prize of the firebird, it's unbalanced as hell.

 

no one uses firebird, freeze is widely used. Even if you survive from a freeze...

they can simply get back to the spot where they've been taken down and finish you off.

So either the freeze will get a second chance because of the annoyingly long freeze effect, or a different enemy will make use of that same effect.

 

You can't move for ages; even my fast wasp M2 will be almost stationary when getting hit by a freeze for miliseconds.

And sometimes, it lags... if you die, the freeze still affects you.

No way man. True Freeze is great for slowing down enemies, then swiping the flag, not to mention circling the enemy which is my favorite tactic but now most annoying since I use Firebird. xD, But it adds a challenge, and that's why they add Firebird to nullify the Freeze effect. o.o Besides, Freeze is no sweat when you're in a bigger map and you've got Shafts, Rails, and a Thunder (or smoky) to kill it from places away from it. Hah, but it does have a good range when compared to Firebird and Isida.
