I have received a link from someone on the chat server about tankionline test server who claimed to be moderator and said that we can try it to test.

Then a friend asked me to send this link to him.. I have opened the link but haven't tried it.

On the chat server I have sent the link to my friend and then a report: ademmm banned forever

It is not allowed to send the Link in here. I didn't even know such thing.

He was talking like he was moderator and I haven't thought that it was a scam or anything else because it was on the chat server

I have been playing this game since very long time. Could you please unblock my account?

AND AS I MENTIONED BEFORE I SENT A LINK FROM SOMEONE WHO CLAIMED TO BE MODERATOR AND ASKED US TO TRY TANKI ONLINE TEST SERVER FOR FREE AND USE ALL M3 HULLS AND GUNS AND PAINTS TO TEST FREE. And I didn't think that it was a scam or anything like that.

I NEVER VIOLATED THE GAME BUT I ALWAYS REPORTED CHEATERS ON TANKI ONLINE TEAM TO HELP.

YOU SHOULD SHOW SOME UNDERSTANDING.. I contacted Tanki Online Team and one of them asked me to send a screenshot of my external IP Address in order to unblock it.

Then I have sent it. But another member of Tanki Online Team sent another email that I was blocked because of violation of Game Rules. The first one knew that it wasn't my purpose. I was tricked. The second one I think doesn't understand English.

Can you please help? The first email says they need my IP address but the second email says nothing. It is like automatic email.. copy-paste because of inability to communicate in English

Do what they said, send an email of your ip to them and hopefully they will return your account, but you must not trust any links on tanki really, kind of your own fault.

And this link was there and he said that he is moderator and they are trying Tanki Online Test Server and asked us to try if we want and we were going to be able to use all m3 stuffs and paints for free just to test. I didn't even click on it. I just told this to my friend on chat server..

My friend asked me to send the link to him. And I did this on chat server then the next message: ademmm banned forever..

I didn't even know that it was a scam.. How could I see the link there and click on it? I was tricked. I still don't know how he could manage to send this link on chat server. He tricked me

The link that the random player sent you it is a scam why because it asks for your account information and they will steal you account. Trust me i fell for the same trap only once around october i think. It's best to tell a REAL moderator and report the player for scamming

Moderators NEVER post in the chat anything about crystal prizes, contests, or test server. You must know that. Anyone that says 'come here to test new guns and tanks', or 'come free crystals' is a scammer - more info here

You see - you sent the link in the chat. So a Moderator (real one) saw the link, saw it's a scam link and banned you. Sorry, but nothing can be done, since you posted that link in the chat. If you have any screenshots of this fake moderator posting the link and of your friend that asked you about this link, you can send them to help@tankionline.com, you may have some little chance. But otherwise, nothing can be done.

The link that I sent didn't appear on chat server.. It was all form of ****** But it was the link that I just made copy paste and then got banned

As to rules, you have millions of rules. Do you really expect people to read all hundreds of pages of rules? Ask yourself, would you do it?

I don't understand why rules are so strict and so complicated.. If Tanki Online will lose its popularity it will be because of the attitudes. Be sure of this

One of my friend quit the game last month and since then didn't even visit the web site anymore and he says that he is very happy now and asks me to quit but I don't want to. Well I am sure I will if I can't get my account back. I don't have any intention to start from the beginning after one year

You were able to click it? Only Tanki links (forum, news, etc) are clickable on the chat. Which means that link was a link to a scam forum topic - this explains why it was clickable.

And still, it was you who sent it, nobody can prove you did it by accident, only to show it to your friend. If you wanted to do that, you could do it in PM/Skype, etc., not in public.

Honestly, I feel sorry for you, from what I understood, you didn't scam on purpose. But still, YOU sent that link, so it doesn't matter if you wanted to scam, or not. You sent the link and imagine, maybe several noobs clicked on it, followed the steps and their accounts got stolen. And this - because of the fact you posted this link. This is why we have those rules - to avoid such situations.

Lets accept that there are lots of people in my situation. Lots of.. And those who really wanted to scam and got banned and then unbanned and want to scam again will be blocked again. But as others like in my situation they will know what not to do for the next. Doesn't it worth? Nobody warned me about not clicking a link on chat server. And how am I supposed to know that it is not a moderator posted this link? You say that moderators won't send any kind of links. Where is it written? I have then read the rules but haven't seen anything about it

 

Does Tanki Online Team ask for a Password of an account and email address?

Or is this another scam? Now I am not able to trust anybody asking for my password

You firstly say you could click on the link, then that it's in the form of ***s...

Moderators don't see ***s, but what's written. So even if you sent it and it appeared as **s, the Mod saw it the normal way.

Moderators cannot help you. They just control Chat/Forum. They can't unban.

It seems to me that I am not writing with the same person. Each time some non english speaker sends me a copy-paste without reading my email

If you search my history you will see that I have been always reporting the cheaters and violators of the game

I have been reporting cheaters. I have searched my email. I have found some of them in still in email and some in trash can. Others are not there anymore, every 2 weeks they are being deleted from trash can of the email.
