The difference between Smokies?

I've seen the stats of Smoky's M0 and M1. Is there really a difference? Is the 1% more chance of critical hit noticeable much? And how's the damage? :o I haven't used M1 Smoky, but from the looks of it, it's just the same as Smoky M0. Fun as it is, is there a difference? All posts appreciated. :D

M1 smoky is much better than m0. Mind u I got m1 wen it was 50% off so I got it cheap. But its still handy in battles at my rank even and the criticals do come pretty often
