Does anyone else worry that they aren't getting enough crystals for the amount of xp they get?

I doubt I'll be able to afford much when i get to the higher ranks.

No, as long as you play well. And win most of the time you should be fine.

 

Just today I won over 350. It's easy you just need to find the proper matches.

I worry about the same thing! I joined in on battles with Majors+, even the ones with the ranks that have 4 stars. It's just crazy. M2 and M3 mammoths everywhere on drugs. You may rely on Daily Crystals, although they are scarce now. I agree with Shadow_Error_X. You just have to find the right battles. I always join the winning team on CTF that have 13-19 minutes left. However, be aware on ranks. The losing team may as well be prevailing. Do not join some team that has 12 / 15 flags with just sergeants in it against WO5's or Lieutenants with 3/15 flags just because they have the most flags. 12/15 Sound alot, but you won't get the crystals you've worked for in the battle when the other team wins. In fact, that's how you go overboard on Exp and don't have significant crystals thus meaning you'll either have to buy crystals, or rely on Isida to leech off of teammates for points and collect crystal boxes like how I'm doing right now. ( By the way, even M0 Isida is awesome. I got 1st on the scoreboard without drugs. I got more scores than Lieutenants AND Majors! Do not choose Twins unless you have M1 Viking/Dictator by the way. Horrible choice) One more thing: When the battle fund is extraordinarily high, and both teams have zero or tied flags, it might be a good idea to drug. If you have newbies on your team, either do it when you are pretty sure about yourself and think you'll get a good shot, or just face the result of a tie battle (Equal split of Crystals.). I drug when there are at least 2-3 minutes left - if it is a situation like this. I drug when I reach their flag by the way. You do not want to die provoking the enemy, thus making them drug and your team losing. I did this exact thing in a battle yesterday. I was leading a team of sergeants/newbies to victory basically. LOL! We were versing a bunch of W05's, and when there were 3 minutes left, I got to their flag, and DRUGGED. I used a Medical Kit too. However, I justify that because one of their Isida tried drugging with 2x Armor and 2x Power, and their Freeze tried to run off with our flag by using Nitro. Anyways, our team had freeze though. So there were 3 minutes left and I drugged, and capped their flag. Beware, I urge you to do this near the end because of this fact. The opposing team started to drug hard-core in waves. However, we held them off WITHOUT drugs! Lol! Besides, it was too late. Our team won and got all the Crystals leaving the opposing team with 0. It was a 1-0 battle in favor to us (CTF, Bobruisk.) I was using M0 Isida, M1 Wasp.) By the way, Forester paint is essential for surviving a blast from M1 Railgun if you've an M1 Wasp. M2 Railgun however kills you 100%.

By the way: I only goto battles that have 13-19 minutes left because that's how much my laptop may handle Tanki online without Overheating. If your PC can handle longer battles, then by all means GO! Using this, I've been on a streak on getting 100-200 crystals. Another tip for Crystals, I was once in Combe, and I believe I had M1 Firebird and M1 Wasp. My whole team left me, but we were ahead by 6 -1 flags. The battle fund was pretty high. I believe the other team tried to outnumber me because they had 4 members. I am not sure if I drugged or not, but I held them off. In the end, I still got my teams share of 171 Crystals, and I barely did a thing! HAH! It was so funny. It was such an easy win.

I'm back: I forgot somethingelse. Mammoth on drugs is great at CTF. If we have a tie battle, or we're losing by 1 flag. Sometimes if there are NO opposing freezes, then I go full-on drug. I remember this clearly. I had M1 Mammoth and M0 Shaft. I was on Sniper Patrol and doing pretty good. I also helped defend the flag by stalling - Covering my team's flag up when enemies came up so they'd have a tough time taking it, and unbalancing them when they were dropping off the cliff. I was on Blue team. So one day on a fine battle on Silence CTF. We had 0-0 tie. The Battle Fund was high, and 6 minutes left. The opposing team had one Isida drugger and capped our flag. So as a Shaft and Mammoth, seeing there was no freeze, decided that there was only one thing to do- go full-on drug. I drugged on all 3 kinds, and charged. It worked too! I got the flag so fast. I did it again, and we were winning 2-1. I went back on Sniper Patrol. Only do this when there is no freeze, because Mammoth is still slow compared to other tanks- unless you've M2-M3. Once a Mammoth is caught in Freeze mode, it is torture. If you've a wasp/hornet, you may outrun the freeze unless he's a Mammoth that camps. Then you'll either need a Shaft to kill him, or another teammate to kill him.

No worries man, you'll get there. Besides, you're one rank above me. The Crystal earnage should be good, right?
