All the kits can be purchased now or later, they are to stay with us forever. You can by Light Medium and Heavy Tank kits until you have at least one of items from the kit NOT purchased. They do not upgrade anything (so if I had Hornet M0 and Freeze M0 before, when I buy light tank kit I just get three paints and 30 supplies each)

Supply kit can be bought as many times as you want. So you can buy 5 kits and get 500 supplies each.
