Ricochet won't kill hornet

I used Ricochet with the double power to attack a player with hornet and freeze, however he wouldn't die like he was still moving and destroying other players but not getting destroyed by Ricochet. His paint was Swamp.

can anyone give me some answers on why he didn't die?

Could have been one of two reasons, I'd expect:

 

1) Firstly, your shots might have been missing him.

 

2) Secondly and most probably, you are suffering from lag.

it can't be. i don't lag and i be right behind him

Refresh your page or self-destruct should fix it. Sometimes happens to me too. And I use Freeze, it seems like you are hitting the enemy but dealing no damage ( or at least that is how it is for me ) So when I self-destruct that usually fixes it. And when that doesn't solve it I just refresh.

maybe that guy was on double armour, and m1, you may have been missing the shots.

I'll set another option: you experienced a known issue that is going to be fixed soon.

Due to this glitch you can't damage any other tank, you just need to refresh the page and it will be fixed.

i refreshed my page and self-destructed also he wasn't attacking me

what do you mean? i was second an the battle fund was 1538 crystals so for someone an my rank this is alot (i don't buy crystals)
