In my humble opinion, I really don't think rico is effective at all. That may just be because I wear dragon paint, and it takes seven direct shots from an m2 Rico to destroy my m1 wasp, but I also think the rico is a shadow of what it was before the rebalance; it was the ultimate weapon then because it had a cartridge twice the size of the current one, plus it did more damage per shot (and it didn't cost an arm and a leg either).

You might be able to take out one enemy but if you have to take out another straight after, chances are you'll lose because you'll be firing at only twice the speed

I got rico up to m2 but I got twins m2 as well. I regret gettinh rico a tiny bit but it actually served well
