I asked a question, I was wondering if we could give ideas here, it's pretty clear that you can:

"General"

bugs, suggestion, ideas

 

 

And a guy comes and I closed my topic without even breaking rules and no I could not confirm that close.

What is this forum? I've attended several forums and things have to be more organized.

 

I just asked that question because I do not see anyone giving suggestions

As for your ideas, they should be submitted to feedback, this is where your ideas will be seen by the developers, as they do not visit the forum.

I asked that question when I was your rank too. Threads tend to get closed pretty quickly around here, even in off-topic.

Ideas and suggestions go to feedack despite what the subtitle says. They'll get around to removing it one day.
