It won't hurt - problem with Thunder

Hi there,

 

my problem is that sometimes I cannot hurt anybody.

Using a Thunder it happens, that I cannot hurt anybody - not even myself, but I can be killed by others, I can use extras, the game goes on as normal. So, everything looks okay, works okay, but 1) I cannot kill 2) I cannot get boxes or flags. Usually I play&kill, once I realize the problem: play&nokill. After getting killed the problem usually gets repared, but not always.

I am using an old laptop with Win XP if it counts.

What can be the problem?

PS:

(This is not the case, when the net is off, and there are only zombie tanks around you spinning and banging against the wall).

There is a known glitch in the game at the moment, which the devs are working on, the glitch prevents you from causing any damage to your opponents.

 

If this is the case, try just refreshing the page during the battle, and hopefully it will sort itself out.

 

If refreshing the page does not help, email help@tankionline explaining your situation and they will guide you in the right direction.

dude dont erase your browser cache. Loading gets faster when you always play on tanki, right? It is be cause most of the game is stored in your browser cache. You delete that, your

computer will have a heck of a long time loading

Wrong, browser cache is like history, delete that and your computer will store less memory so will actually load faster
