Chat Ban?

Being banned for a few days or few weeks on the forums is one thing, that's where the rules got broken but why on earth would you ban people from chatting in game if they were banned on the forums that doesn't make sense. If I broke a rule on the forums then yea ban me from the forums, but I didn't break any in game rule so why should I banned in game from talking when the forums is where the rule was broken..

 

Forums is for speaking your opinions, Chatting in game is for game play so can you please explain why banning someone the inability to create a match or talk with your team mates to win matches with stradegy has anything to do with what you did on forums? There was a guy the other day playing on our team and we worked good together, but he couldn't say hey guard this area or you go left ill go right, or you keep me healed because he got banned on forums for a week so we have to talk on skype.

Banning someone on forums just makes it hard for the team to talk to players in game because of something they did on forums.

No you shouldn't. Broke forum rules, not in game rules. The punishment should be for forums. That's like saying it's ok to get fired from a job cause you posted on facebook one day that you hate your job or your job sucks and a co worker seen ir and reported it to the boss.

If you ever saw the second paragraph of the RULES topic, you would have found out:

2. - The following activities are not permitted and will result in (at Administration discretion) a temporary or permanent suspension from the chat and forum:

So, if you did one of the listed activities in the second paragraph, you got a ban from Chat and Forum both since you deserved to.

Also, public discussions about bans are forbidden.
