TIps on how to be a good and sucessful player for warrants to letunnents

There are many differnt ways to rank quicker and get more crys but heres what i think in my opinion

First here are some tips of do's and donts:

Donts

1) When using sniping weapons like shaft and railgun NEVER go face to face with close quater guns like isidia, firebird and DEFINITLY freeze (sometimes you can face a light armored tank with the weapons i said above but know your limits)

2) NEVER no matter what, dont use dictator, its bug slow and has very light hp (health)

3) I dont suggest you use twins, although it may look cool because it 'dual wielded' but dont be fooled by that, and you wanna know why its not very good Your kills are most likley to get stolen, you usually die when facing any gun, it has a very very low damage per shot (even though reloading time is around 0.1 seconds)

4) Rember when driving off a high cliff, fire in the air with a gun thta has recoil (railgun, rico, thunder, shaft, twins etc) know your limits when your using a non recoil gun, Recoil is also good for when your tipped on your side just fire the way your tipped on and youll flip back

Do's

1) Drug, But only when you need to, if you drug whenever and waste them when you need them you will have none left ( like when your flag is taken)

2) There are many kinds of guns and hulls that might suit your satifaction

Railgun: Use with viking, mammoth or hornet

ricochet: Use with hornet, wasp and maybe viking

Smoky: USe with any tank

Freeze,firebird and isidia: Use with hornet or wasp or viking

Shaft:Use with viking, hornet or mammoth

Twins: Any tankis good

Thunder: Any tank but wasp

3) When sniping,

dont use guns like rico, twins or smoky

Use shaft or railgun

Try going in a hidden place so other snipers cant get at you

Dont go for flag when your sniping defend it

4)When using freeze,always try to sneak up on enemy from behind which will make him hard to move and go after flag carrier all the time it will slow him down

10. LEARN from your bans. If you already have gotten a ban for ignoring a rule, just remember not to make the same mistake again. Also, repeat offenders will get their bans lengthened in time. That is Tanki's way of making sure you don't repeat the offense again, as bans will increase if you don't stop making the mistake. From 5 minutes, it could get to an hour, a day, a week, a month, a year, or maybe forever. Floods may seem to be 5 minutes at first, but they get longer. Be careful!

 

 

9. Don't copy phrases and repost that are in a language you cannot understand. Often, they are either insults, profanity, or any other violation of rules. Since you cannot understand, you can't make the judgement of whether it is something good or bad. Also, links can lead to scamming sites, and you may be banned for Scam. Bottom line, don't copy and post anything in chat, or forum when you are not sure what the content is. They can lead to forever bans, so avoid anything that you don't know and reposting it.

 

8. Some sections in the forum have their own rules that are not listed in the Rules section. They are strict and will lead to bans if not followed. Best way is to read the rules and understand, or just avoid posting in that section at all, if you want to make sure you aren't banned. An example is the Complaints section, many get banned for posting a reply, in which Rules state to not post unless you either have the same problem.

 

7. Don't disagree with bans that moderators give. PM moderators if you feel it was unfair, or just send an email to help@tankionline.com. Publicly discussing your ban will only get you another ban for public discussion of moderator's activities.

 

6. Never leave your tank in a battle while you are taking a short break, unless you have pressed 'p' or also known as the Pause shortcut. Without pressing, your tank will continue to appear in the battle, but your teammates and opponents will see you as online. This is called 'multing', when you are taking up a space in the battle and not helping the team positively. Moderators have the right to ban you, according to the seriousness of your act, and decide if a fine is applicable.

 

5. Don't open useless topics on the forum. Check if the questions or suggestions have been made already and answered in the FAQ, or your complaint is already addressed and answered. Using search and looking for similar threads will minimize your chance of getting banned.

 

4. Don't discuss on what you dislike about the new version or update of the game. This may lead to insulting the administrators of the game, or the developers/helpers, in which moderators can give a longer ban for.

 

3. Don't do things that is purposely trying to make your opponent, or enemy mad. This is called Trolling, and a lot of people will commit such offenses because of heated battles and when conflicts arise. Just be calm, and talk your way out of these conflicts without the use of anything against Rules, such as profanity and insults.

 

2. Don't hate someone, or show it. If you have a grudge against that person, keep it private, not in chat. Don't swear, insult, impersonate, or troll the person. Those are the more common ways to get banned. If someone insults you, just kindly report it to a moderator, and they will take care of it for you.

 

1. READ and MEMORIZE the rules. Reading doesn't help itself. Just find the Rules section in the forum (#rules), and learn how you can get banned. That way, you won't be banned for something you didn't know was against the rules.

 

That was just 10 ways to avoiding bans. Other players have a lot more methods that they use, and many players would try to avoid bans and have a clear log. These 10 tips helped me decrease my frequency of bans from once a week to almost no bans anymore. They cover all the rules, and since these are most common, take this as your new guide to being

Definitely for lower ranks, as it doesn't require any skill at all.

Cool Guide!I can tell you know alot about Tanki,Just to make a comment i think Twins is a good weapon you need no skill at all almost!It kills lower ranks pretty well to and makes railgun tanks miss there shot cuss the twins are making railgun tanks move!Overall i think this is a great guide!Keep up the good Work!

Don't use Twins? What?! It's a pretty good gun. I ad a 24.0 D/L in the first 5 minutes of a DM match in Polygon.

Thunder on a Wasp is good- if you know how to use it right. Self-Destruct can be turned into something that benefits you.

 

Ricochet on a Viking is better than on a Wasp. Ricochet on a Wasp is horrible unless you're just doing some Parkour. In Parkour, just get m0 unless you are really wanting those extra one or two shots. I can't aim it right on a Wasp.

 

 

Twins on any Tank? No way, not on Wasp. Anything but Wasp.

 

Dictator is kind of a pattern along with Viking. It's great in the M1 Stages. In fact, in the M1 Stages it is better than M1 Viking in my opinon- Just because of the different Prices of crystals. In the M1 Stages, the Dictator only lacks 1 hp when compared to Viking. Furthermore, I think it makes up for the 1 Hp with its .6 more speed. I think the speed makes up for more than just the lack of 1 Hp. Viking only has 1 Hp more, and has only 5.0 Speed. In the M2 Stages however, the tables are turned. Viking has 6.0 Speed and 220 Hp while Dictator has 6.1 Speed and 191 Hp. The speed difference is barely any, and Viking has much more Hp- which makes Viking the better hull at the M2 Stages. However, in the M3 Stages: Dictator has a speed of 7.5 and 255 Hp. Viking has 242 Hp and 6.5 Speed. Dictator is clearly the better out of those two. So it all matters on the Modifcations. Lol.

Not necissarily. Rico misses many times on an unstable hull such as Wasp. If you were to latch it onto a Viking or Dictator, then that would be another story. It depends true enough. Rails can take advantage of Twins because of how Twins can only fire straight. Rico on the other hand can bounce off. So Rails can use the jump out and fire tactic, thus killing the Twins. All Ricos has to do is aim at an angle, then you'll either omit the Railgun of his/her's tactic and make him/her flee or die.

thats what happened to me. I wasted all of my crystals on paints and all the hulls while i was a noob.

Now i only have 10 k crystals and my m1's are fire and mammoth :(

I did that too. I honestly think that someone should make a new Newby Guide. A guide to help noobs know what not to do inthe Garage, not what not to do in the Battlefield. What you do on the Battlefield is the result of the Garage. So start at the source- the garage. No?

 

You'll get there however. Just work on getting Crystals. By the way, save for M1 weapon. It's worth it.

I did that too. I honestly think that someone should make a new Newby Guide. A guide to help noobs know what not to do inthe Garage, not what not to do in the Battlefield. What you do on the Battlefield is the result of the Garage. So start at the source- the garage. No?
