25%?

So according to Tanki Online, there's supposed to be a 25%. Well, I bought 10,012 crystals (i actually bought 10,040! but 10,012 is fine...) and I wanted to make sure i was getting my double crystals bonus+bonus crystals+25%. Well, my Double Crystal Bonus Card still has 8 hours left but that wasn't the problem. My problem is the 25%. So I bought 10,012 crystals with 5.08 USD. Here's the math involved......

5.08 USD=10,012+25%. 25% of 10,012=2,503. Now, lets' get to the Double Crystal....10,012x2=20,024. 2,503x2=5,006. 20,024+5,006=25,030. I was also supposed to get a 2,000 bonus.....2,000 bonus x2=4,000 bonus. 25,030+4,000=29,030. For my purchase therefore, i was supposed to get 29,030 crystals. This is what I actually had gotton......I had got the crystals i should have......10,012...and I got the bonus crystals......2,000......So 10,012+2,000=12,012......and I got the Double Crystals I should've. 12,024x2=24,024. BUT I DIDN'T GET MY 2,503 BONUS! So i definitely didn't get my x2 for that. This is the SAME thing that happened when this kind of deal happened around crystals. and i displayed my case and no one helped me! Please, i need a Consultant to help me because I want my 25% I deserved! Please Tanki, don't trick me into paying crystals because of the 25% but not getting it! Help!

Unless you're a consultant or moderator, don't post in the complaints section. It's a bannable offense.

Well, I did check that and I didn't even get the 25% on my total amount of crystals. I had 42,130, I now have 66,154. I didn't get my 25% and I want it!

EDIT: Oh! i'm sorry! But are you saying that the payment will be 5.08 USD and then subtract 25%. if so, please let me know!

Usually with 5 USD you get around 8000 crystals, but now that we are in the sale period the price is shown already discounted, meaning that the crystals calculator automatically shows 10000 crystals as reward for paying 5 dollars, instead of the usual 8000. Hope this is finally clear to you. Further questions to my PM.
