I use screencast-O-matic, do you know any other ones that don't lag?

Bandicam, hypercam and camstudio are better than screencast-o-matic.

You can search for them on google. ;)

 

I personally find Hypercam 3 the best recorder.

 

 

If you have a superb fast PC, you can also try to pirate FRAPS.

It's a wonderfull recorder but unfortunately, my PC couldn't handle it.
