I thinn being banned from chat is unfair. You can get banned from posting messages for not following unimportant rules. The First Amendment of the US Constatution states we have the freedom of speech. I think it is unfair but i am going to let you decide. If you think bans from chat are fair vote yes if not vote no. If you vote tell me why in the comments below. Ok this is some time later and the rules you can get banned for make no sense. Dont speak against the rules post messages once dont post useless info. re you ging to put up with this if not vote no. Write a staff put it on feedback anything to make your voices be heard

Your free speech isn't blocked, you just can't do whatever you want in Tanki - much as if I was a guest in your house, I would abide by your rules.

People should be banned from chat for offensive comments, luring people into scams, and in fact any rule breaches that the owners of this site choose.

There are kids on this site - some of them very young (although not on the forum of course)

I agree with you! I did not know that we couldn't post in the complaints section and got a 150 hour Ban! They should give us 1 warning, then if we do it again we'll get banned.

US Constitution doesn't matter at all here. The game is Russian, you are here, it means you agree with its Russian Rules and EULA. You break the rules - you get banned, that's the deal, polls about it aren't necessary.

Also, when you joined you agreed to the Terms&Conditions and to the Rules, so if you break them you get banned. There is nothing to argue about.
